What to write about
- Bug reports. Please include the tool name, a short description of what you expected vs. what happened, and if possible the browser and OS you were using. Sample input that reproduces the bug is incredibly helpful.
- Tool suggestions. Tell us what you'd use, how often, and in which scenario. Specific beats general — "a cron builder that explains the next 5 runs" is more actionable than "more developer tools".
- Privacy enquiries. Requests about data access, data portability, or data deletion. Because we don't run a backend we typically have no personal data on file, but we'll confirm and explain in writing.
- Copyright / DMCA. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email the URL and a description of the issue. See our Terms of Service for details.
- Press & partnerships. We're a small team so we can't say yes to everything, but we do answer.
Response time
Monday through Friday, we aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Weekends and Italian public holidays may add a day or two. If you haven't heard back after a week, feel free to email again — the first one probably got lost.
